System Services only dispatches orders within South Africa.
All prices displayed are shown inclusive of VAT. You will receive a pro-forma invoice from us once your order is confirmed. You will also receive an invoice containing our VAT number via email once the order has been processed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice when required, and are usually linked to changes in the Rand/Dollar exchange rate, or stock levels.

To further keep our costs down and to provide you with better value, we do not keep  stock of our products at our place of business. When you place an order, we place an order with our suppliers for those products. Should we be out of stock of a particular item  we will endeavour to locate the item from alternate suppliers, and inform you of the expected delivery time and any changes in the cost of the product. if this information is available to us. You may then decide to either cancel your order, wait for the stock to arrive, or replace with an alternative item. In extreme cases, the pricing could be different to those displayed on the site. When we place your order and notice that the price has changed, we will let you know what the new price is. While this does not always happen, please be aware that the possibility does exist due to the volatile nature of component prices and due to the extensive range of products we offer.

All items are generally available within one day after confirmation of payment. If you need confirmation of stock availability before you order, you can e-mail or phone us for confirmation.



We make use of two industry leading courier companies as our courier partners; both offer good value to you and excellent tracking facilities. Additionally, you may collect your order from our offices at 29 Burt Drive, Newton Park, Port Elizabeth.

All items passed on for delivery should be insured to protect both you and System Services from any loss. While this does slightly increase the cost of delivery; because we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your goods once passed on for delivery, we feel this is necessary to protect your purchase. If you don't want your package to be insured, you do have those options available, but we don't recommend it.

The cost of all types of delivery is automatically calculated when you start to checkout your order, and is based on weight, or a volumetric weight equivalent. All deliveries are to a door, so please ensure someone will be available to accept your package. The costs of each service will be presented to you when checking out, and the cheapest option will be highlighted for you.

The cost of delivery is rather complex, and certain options become cheaper at certain weights or different delivery areas. For this reason, we present a wide variety of options for you to make the delivery as cheap as possible. The best way to calculate the delivery charge is to add items into your cart and press checkout - you will be presented with all of the available costs and options without needing to complete your order.

Insurance on your delivery is optional. We highly recommend that you insure your order for your protection, but in some cases you may not want to - we leave the choice up to you. If you chose not to insure a delivery and if anything happened to your goods while in transit, there is NO recourse from System Services Group! We STRONGLY recommend that in all cases you should choose an insured door delivery option!


Delivery is only calculated to a maximum weight of 100kg. Should your order exceed this weight, the delivery weight will be deemed as 100kg and System Services will cover the balance. Deliveries do not include weekends, or after-hours options. These are available on request only.

We do our best to ensure that the calculation of delivery is as accurate as possible. Please also note that Door delivery costs only apply if you live 50km within a major centre (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Kimberley, Pietermaritzburg, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria). If you are in a regional or outlying area, an additional cost applies. Please be aware that delivery times to outlying areas may be affected. If you have any questions about the delivery options, just let us know.

The delivery times given are estimated, and take effect from the time of dispatch of your parcel, and not when you place an order. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday and we dispatch your order on Thursday, and you have selected overnight delivery by 10h30, you should receive your package on Friday morning. Please note though, that processing your order is dependent on your payment confirmation, clearance, and availability as well as delivery from our suppliers.

How long will it take to receive your order? All orders with confirmed payment by 14h30 on weekdays should be dispatched the following business day (sometimes deliveries to us only come in late, and may only be processed the following day).

For example, if you place an order on Monday at 1pm and your order is confirmed and payment is cleared by Tuesday before 2:30pm, your order will be dispatched on Wednesday. If your order is only confirmed or paid for on Wednesday after 2:30pm, your order will only be dispatched on Friday.

We can arrange for delivery on Public Holidays or Saturdays; these services become expensive though, and are only available if requested.

Since delivery costs can often prohibit you from purchasing online due to the added costs, we welcome your opinion and feedback in this regard. We prefer to charge for the services you really use rather than substitute higher costs into all pricing to subsidise delivery charges - unfair for those who use their own courier services or collect directly from our offices!
